Get rich quick

Post by Colleen Kinzie » Sun Jan 24, 2016 5:22 pm

Maybe we should all try this with our chickens? Most of us wouldn't miss a few at a time. Get them back. Send out some more Lol

"Just don’t suddenly get in the mood for a chicken dinner. I’m pretty sure oven-roasting your hens voids the terms of your lease."

Hahahahhaha!

You'd have to put something in like
Rental does include consuming chicken!
Rental chicken must be returned in scathed

a biosecurity nightmare......one would need a strict quarantine protocol for every bird coming back. but i would go one step further and sell them "insurance" that if their bird got got by a dog or something that they wouldn't have to pay the cost of the bird....

:decision: Ah yes...but insurance can be anything-if the want to rent a chicken instead of just get their own...

I'm pretty sure these would be single-season birds. I suppose you'd buy chicks/hatch eggs in October and distribute the layers the next spring, then collect and sell them cheap in the fall for soup/dog food.
