Gotta love this story...very happy that it turned out well and Hope is beautiful...but crap!... MJ saw the thread and wants a cat...I have successfully held her off for three years since Ziggy left us ..sooo damn you...lol

it truly is a great sad story with a happy ending. great job!
Tom... I was the same way... didnt have a cat in the house for the last 3 years. 2 months ago, after battling it out with some mice here I caved and we ended up with one of my mil cats.
her name is Scooter and since we got her the mouse problem is gone. good kitty. we argue every night before I go to bed and have to feed her no matter how full her food bowl is. got me wrapped I think.
the dog has even grown to love her instead of chase her... the ongoing fight has turned to play. pretty cute really as the dog knows the cat will win!
