Food Unwrapped part of series on food on TVO Monday nights at 9 PM
Last night program was on egg layers and although I did know that Marigolds (sourced from China of course) are used to color the egg yolks, the fact that Paprika is also used, was a new one on me.
I did enjoy the part when the gentleman explained that the egg yolks from the caged (or as they like to call it complete environment control) have to be colored, because if the were left natural color, nobody would want to eat them.
