So excited my parents bought me this flying pig professional hair dryer! Very powerful! It should cut my show preparations by half! Can't wait to try it!

Looks good, I heard someone else say they bought one of those old stand hairdryers that they used to use in the hair salons. Put the bird in a cage with the dryer blowing on it ,worked well, just had to finish up with some hand drying to fluff.

That was my previous system, but it still took quite a bit of time to dry them, this will dry a bird in 7 to ten minutes! Much faster! Let you all know after the Paris spring show.kenya wrote:QR_BBPOST Looks good, I heard someone else say they bought one of those old stand hairdryers that they used to use in the hair salons. That is one heck of a hair dryer! Reminds me of a salamander construction heater. Nice!

7to10 minutes!!! WOW. It takes me an hour to blow dry my americaunas, (each bird) a big reason I didn't show them this year. Let us know how well it works, may be worth while getting one

I will for sure! We got the unit for $115 US on sale not bad since a good Hair Dryer will cost you 60 to 80 $. it is VERY powerful! A big silkie breeder in the US recommended it to me.kenya wrote:QR_BBPOST 7to10 minutes!!! WOW. It takes me an hour to blow dry my americaunas, (each bird) a big reason I didn't show them this year. Wow love my new dryer! It is very powerful only needed to use it on a low setting. Here is a quick video of my mother in law drying one of my silkies for the show in Paris next Saturday.
