Question Hatchling Issues

Can anyone help please?

I have one little one that hatched yesterday but is not doing so good.
Very floppy and lethargic, struggling to breathe.

Upon examination I noticed one of her (or his) air sacks was full of fluid, and her mouth also had yellowish fluid in there.

I managed to gently suction the fluid from her mouth/throat and to drain the air sack of fluid too (that was also yellowish).

She seemed to do better for a while but is still very floppy.

Also, she has not made any sounds yet.
She opens her mouth as if she's trying to cheep but no sound comes out.

I currently have her snuggled in my bra so I can make sure she's warm and still hanging on.

Is there anything I can do or is this a lost cause?

Is she the only hatchling or are there more that seem healthy?

Good luck with it. I have tried this rescue stuff with newly hatched, and it mostly doesnt work out and leads to great disappointment. I know it is sort of hard hearted, but I kind of let nature do its thing for the first 24 hrs, with the mother hen. Most make it, a few don't, but it works best for my tender psyche that way.

Hen Blackywacky just hatched seven yesterday. In a vacant goat stall with water food etc. One is sort of walking funky with a lame=ish leg. I am expecting that will figure itself out in the next 24 hrs, but maybe not. In a few days they will be outside, maybe six, maybe seven, but they will be a healthy bunch. It is why chickens dont have (generally) single births, because they don't all make it.

She is. Of the mailed eggs she sent. Raises two or three batches a year for me. I think she is the last of that bunch I got from her.

Sounds like either a bacterial infection inside the egg while incubating but late in the development (can happen with a crack in the shell) or there is a developmental disorder likely in the lungs where they arent fully formed and leaking plasma from the blood. Sorry, but the harsh truth is that chick will likely not survive....
