On a lighter note, I found this in one of the nesting boxes in the pullet pen when I came home today...can anyone say 'rainbow'?...i am so very tickled with this....

Sorry to hear about your hens, Brebis. I do hope your move has gone well, or is going well. It's not fun moving in the cold weather; been there, done that.

Survived 2 doggy walks , feel very much like one of those explorers getting lost in the frozen North
I must say I expected great surge in posts on PSO when the covid struck judging by the frantic activity in chicken sales last spring, yet we seem to have dwindled down to very few, wonder what the reason is ?
