We get them through a company in the USA that my hubby uses for his monitoring systems. I think i bought 6...i know i have a couple extras...
what are the numbers stamped on that one? i'll check and make sure they're the same. if they are, happy to give you one at cost next time i visit bvf (will be soon-need to take her some EOs) or get you the order info for the company. shipping is a bit expensive so we order extras....

geez i should read your post closer. i just replaced one in a farm innovators water dish...i'm sure they're the same. i have another one to replace this weekend...

my one was only 1 year old....out of 20 heated water dishes, i only had one that didn't work...could have done an exchange on it, but another freezes at -12, so i wanted to change it out too (the rest are good to -25 or so). so far the couple i've had for about 8 years are still going strong.....

i should also add, the one that wasn't working....when i opened it up it was put together quite shoddily inside, so i just reglued the heat tape/foil and pulled off the leads and replaced the thermostat and it's working amazing now. so it might have been simply a quality control issue on that one.

hardest part about replacing these thermostats honestly is getting the bottom of the water dish. LOL.

I have had 3 in 5 years
First was my fault At end of season I thought id give a good cleaning and submerged it in vinegar to get all the lime off. BIG mistake. So that one I understand
2nd one I've had 2 years only
Hubby fixed that one
So I need only 1 thermostat
Thanks for offer WLLady I don't urgently need one and don't want to make you short on your supply
So now I have 3 heated water fountains at 60.00 a pop Haha
Good to have spares. And the other one I can use in my pen that I have rooster separated in
