"Starburst" ?

The well just ran dry... first time in 37 years, bummer, the only silver lining (and there always is one), if the submersible needs to be replaced , it no longer requires digging for it under the front porch, since we put on to extension and the kind government help with the bill ;)
Hope you're getting some of the rain we're getting here now OC. Second evening soaked through putting the birds away and I'm not complaining. DH just headed off with a little calico cat in the carrier to see if she belongs to anyone around here. Just walked in this pm.

The usual irony of life, pump crapped out Monday morning , downpour came Monday evening.
New submersible to the tune of $ 1 500, can't wait what the rest of this summer will bring ;)
