Re: Names the kittens
Yes Kathy that is why I need names. They are going through a cat rescue where I got my original two barn cats from. This is a way for them to raise monies that go towards the costs of rescuing adult cats from different situations
They are overrun with kittens so they ask you to name them as multiple groups of kitten #1 #3 etc gets too confusing

Name them after breeds of chickens! Serama, Brahma, Cochin, etc....nobody except chicken people would ever know where those unique names came from! lol

Good idea, Linda - kind of a combination of the Greek alphabet (Alpha, Beta, gamma delta...) and the NATO phonetic alphabet: (Alpha Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India, Juliette, Kilo, Lima, Mike, November, Oscar, Papa, Quebec, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, Uniform, Victor, Whiskey, X-ray, Yankee, Zulu.)

Re: Names the kittens
Jaye, you got me! I was actually going for the NATO phonetic alphabet, which my father taught me when I was a kid. It's been a long while since I've used it {LOL}.Jaye wrote: ↑Fri Jul 06, 2018 12:40 pmGood idea, Linda - kind of a combination of the Greek alphabet (Alpha, Beta, gamma delta...) and the NATO phonetic alphabet: (Alpha Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo, Foxtrot, Golf, Hotel, India, Juliette, Kilo, Lima, Mike, November, Oscar, Papa, Quebec, Romeo, Sierra, Tango, Uniform, Victor, Whiskey, X-ray, Yankee, Zulu.)![]()
