Re: Election Day tomorrow!
oh hell ya i'd take chickens over politics ANY day in a heartbeat!!!!! Mine woke me up at 4:30 this morning with the young boys starting with their squeaky cracking crows....LOL. i sleep so much better when i hear their noise outside.
i seem to lose sleep when politicians do things like oh, say, sell of a public asset.....

What gets me with politics: they are sales people. then the “claims” of what their “product” can do never match the reality of what they do (or what they can do).
Of all the elections I’ve seen, only one was brutuly honest: Mike Harris. Like him or not (and I didn’t like his politics and didn’t vote for him) he held up a “red book” and said here’s what we’re gonna do: and its what he did.

Where Doug Ford is just throwing a bunch of “canned” one liners.

Re: Election Day tomorrow!
What an election! Wow results came in quick except for our 'neck of the woods'. We didn't have the electronic system. Sure found out quick that it was a PC Ford Majority. Ontarians wanted change and that is what we will get. Just hope that it is for the best and I am trying to remain positive. We shall see. I was debating whether or not to vote for our PC candidate, as I liked him the best, but decided against it and it was just, as well that I didn't. The PC's didn't have a chance here and that is what I thought when making my decision. They were way behind. Our Thunder Bay-Atikokan riding was neck and neck with the Liberals and NDP. Liberals were leading most of the way. The total results didn't come in until 11:30pm. The NDP Judith Monteith-Farrell won. Hopefully Ford does get Ontario cleaned up for the better, but it will probably take time. Well yes, back to my chickens. Thank God for them!
