Sitting at my computer, I can feel the house vibrate with the wind.
Good thing all the chickies are in the barn, in the hen house (I hope). I don't think any of them stayed in the outside coop.

Yep, keep asking hubby if there is any possibility of the quail coop getting shifted by this crazy wind. He assumes me, no. We've to had power out twice now, soon again.

Crazy Wind yesterday. Shingles off the house, door off the shop. Lots of little damaged, but incubator and critters all good. In spite of the Crazy weather yesterday, things are awesome!!! I bought a dexter cow. I still have to work out a dates to truck her home. I am sooooo looking forward to having a family cow Again. We always had a jersey in the past when we had a house full of people to feed. I'm hoping that a dexter will be a good fit now that it's just the two of us. Mom is very friendly and gentle and her week old hiefer is cute as a button.

If you don't plant the tree, you will never have the fruit...

oh my goodness that wind was brutal yesterday! i was dodging shingles and branches on the way home and fighting to keep my truck on the road! amazingly this is the first time we didn't have damage, but places east of us sure did. hydro lines down, trees, shingles, siding, signs, poles down....

everyone seemed okay, but i'm not expecting much in the way of eggs for a few days....LOL
hope everyone is safe and things can be easily repaired.
