Don’t worry you guys to the east of us, it started here with freezing rain around noon and switched to pellets soon after. Had to pick up DH from work in Belleville and it was slow going but by the time we got back to PEC it was barely slick anymore. Guess being so close to the lake has its benefits, but we’ll see how long that lasts over the night!!

Freezing rain just started here.....pretty...but.....hoping the hydro stays on, babies hatching, brooder full, heat lamps in the coop for the 3 week olds....hatcher running...

it has to be a magic spell! we had 1 minute of snow all day. 7:50 pm and its still all around us!

hmmm...maybe its the hot air coming out of Trudeau?

Icy winter wonderland here....windy. power was out last night briefly but things seem okay so far. Staying home....not sure i even want to attempt the walkway without putting down sand or something!!!

Car and truck frozen shut. Going to need a hair dryer to get in to them. Traffic moving slow on the road. Forecast says more to come. Glad we don't have to go any-where.
