A GREAT month...
December this year has been the best EVER!!!!... Nevermind that all the girls are walking the picket line...at the beginning if the month my middle daughter got herself engaged (silly girl, but I love the guy (Alex asked me for her hand if you can believe it) who asked her), so thats a party in the late spring comin', then on the 11th our acquired daughter gave us a granddaughter, Natasha, Martin and little Kira are doing great and will be here tomorrow with all the gang, including my folks, for our Festivus...we always do it on boxing day to take the "we need to be three places at once" pressure off the kids and their significant others...and last Saturday morning the phone rang and our oldest daughter said, "guess what?, You guys are going to be grandparents again"...she is just finishing her first trimester and didn't want to take the shine off Kira's arrival so held off telling anyone that she is due early June...now of course, we stopped in at our youngest's for coffee that same afternoon while out shoping for xmas, found out she already knew but had been sworn to secrecy, and said flat out we shouldn't hold our breath for anything similar from her and Tom...lmao...so all in all, a pretty good month...doncha think?... :running-chicken:
