Nope, not that Ive ever noticed anyway. Chicken livers do a pretty good job of processing out fishy compounds, otherwise oyster shell would change egg taste, and it doesn't.
A little goes a long way, if you're feeding her separately, an eighth of a teaspoon stirred into her daily food is lots. Try it for a week or two to see if it makes a difference. If they're fed as a group, just multiply that amount by however many you're feeding.

Honestly, it could go either way, it depends on the undelying reason for the missing shells. If it's a minor infection and clears without scarring, or if it's an immature digestive system, a parasite problem or a temporary metabolic glitch, or she's just firing eggs through too fast, it will resolve. But it could also be a permanent metabolic disorder and she will need extra vitamins all her life. Either way, I would avoid hatching her eggs in case it's hereditary.
