Definetely, but thank gawd NOT much to pack!
Live pretty modest compared to most.
Only taking our most precious, then selling the rest @ content sale.
( not taking any appliances & they included our Big cook wood stove in the offer )

BUT keeping all the Chicken, Sewing or Tree cutting stuff.
Hubbies new condition is to stay within an hour of here so he can still work.
That is good for BOTH of us, because I can renovate what I want,
& he will still be happy as he can still work.

Yippeeee ~ they have til July 6 to waive the Building condition
Then it's a firm deal ~ fingers crossed
