Yep: those labels exist because of American lawsuits.
"Red Bull gives you wings" has been the energy drink's slogan for nearly two decades. Now the company has agreed to pay out more than $13 million after settling a US class action lawsuit that accused Red Bull of making false and misleading advertising claims, according to the drinks industry publication BevNet."

Pining for justice
A navy veteran wants $5 million from a host of US governmental organizations after his lawyer said a 7kg (15lb) pine cone fell and crushed his skull at a national park in San Francisco. Attorney Scott Johnson said his client Sean Mace suffered an irreversible brain injury and “is afraid to go outside because something might hit him in the head,” the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Mace had dozed off while sitting under a bunya pine tree when a giant pine cone fell on him. The park has since fenced off the tree where the navy veteran was sitting. This is not enough for Johnson, who mentioned: "First and foremost, the Park Service needs to do something to make sure this never happens again...This park is full of tourists and schoolchildren. Something needs to change."

Re: And you thought you were nuts lol
In January this year a 26-year-old pimp from Portland, Oreogan sued Nike for £60million claiming the shoe manufacturer is partially responsible for a brutal beating that helped net him a 100-year prison sentence.
Sirgiorgiro Clardy claims Nike should have placed a label in his Nike Air Jordan shoes warning consumers that they could be used as a dangerous weapon.
He was wearing a pair when he repeatedly stomped the face of a man who was trying to leave a Portland hotel without paying Clardy’s prostitute in June 2012.
In 2013 he was found him guilty of second-degree assault for using his Jordans to beat the man’s face to a pulp.
The man required stitches and plastic surgery on his nose.
His mammoth sentence also includes time for beating a 18-year-old woman he forced to work as a prostitute so badly she bled from her ears.

No, we just like this picture. What’s worse than a finger in your chili? How about a mouse in your Mountain Dew? That’s what one oil worker claimed he found when he popped open a can of his favorite beverage. In 2009, Ronald Ball sued Pepsi for $50,000 in damages as a result of the dead mouse. Pepsi argued that there couldn’t have been a dead mouse in his Dew because the yellow brew would have liquefied the rodent. Pepsi insisted on their denial of liability, even as they settled for an undisclosed sum.
"The yellow brew would liquify the rodent"??
Gee what a great drink!
