OK enough puppy posts!!!!!
I found we have a pair of Phoebe nesting for the first time, they usually move on through. Got the front bed cleared for some of OCs Hostas, exciting!

DominionLink and Chantal 's puppies are worth the drive! I'm 3 hours from him. One person who got a puppy told him it was housebroken in less than 2 days and I thought the person was full of
... but I believe it now...At about 10 weeks old, my Penny is doing her business outside, goes to the door when she has to go, and obeys NO, down, and comes to her name. I'm floored! The parent dogs are smart dogs with jobs, and they do them well. I also got a look at some of the horses, including the ridiculously leggy foal born at BS o'clock lol, and he's got some NICE ones. Worth ogling even if you don't like horses!

Thanks for the kind words WWW :) We're so glad that you are pleased with Penny puppy!
Cambridge to Enniskillen isn't a bad drive at all Colleen, especially on a weekend :) We have family in London and St Thomas and that's only a 2 hr drive for us.....

Re: Good Morning!
Bayvista sorry to hear about your calves
I can imagine that one cows heartbreaking bawling. Not a sound you forget easily.
We just had a storm roll through that I figured was going to be a doozy. The hydro flashed off 3 times before the rain even hit. And of course I have an incubator running. So I rummaged through the garage and I believe determined the one working generator (of 3) and hauled it through the house to the back deck. Filed every pot and pan with water, started the kettle for a coffee and changed meal plan to something I can bbq. Then texted hubby to find out which of the Jerry cans had gas in them for the Genny. Apparently I am the only person on the planet who can't tell from "sniffing". If I sniffed anymore I would have been found passed out in the garage lol. Thankfully hydro is still on. Second wave of rain seems to be coming now. It came down hard but only for a few mins! Fingers crossed I don't need to go sniff again!
