Sandy, it's like imagining what you would do if you won the lottery :D Except if I won the lottery, I'd also pay some people to come build me lots of coops to house all the different breeds I would surely buy. As it is, I have to drastically narrow down my wish list and will only actually be buying anything if someone from my area is as well, to save on bird and travel costs lol!

I just know I'm afraid of y'all. I worry I'm one small purchase away from being right on chicken addiction corner next to you all.
I have a very simple plan for next year ... But somehow I ordered an incubator magazine. Lou walked in the house after collecting the mail and said 'ahem!!! I thought you NEEDED all these silkies so you wouldn't have to buy any incubators?' I said what? I can't help it if Robbie sends me a magazine ..she's her own person and it's a free country.

So if he asks who done it? Robbie did!

I have seen his Gold Wyandottes couple of years ago and they were very good birds for hatchery stock, if he still uses the same source you are going to like them. :)
My Big Bird came from his stock as did her 2 (now departed) sisters. Very pretty birds but I don't know what quality. I got them from someone else to add some pretty!

I have done the same!
Keep in mind that not all the birds you order will be available, so it's crucial to order more then you need. ;)

That is probably the most vicious level of enabling I have seen on this forum to date. Shameful :rofl1:

Wasn't me who sent you the magazine- unless I've become a sleep-enabler.

Oh should I be worried? That sounds like a scarily good idea. :running-chicken:

Wait, there's an incubator magazine?? Where does one acquire such an item? Just out of curiosity of course :D
