Last year's harvest....What's left in your cellar?

WWW reminded me that I also have a billion containers of homemade spaghetti sauce lol, it's the easiest way for me to store my tomatoes and sweet peppers. I also froze containers of vegetable stir fry to store snow peas, burgundy beans and anything else I threw in.

We still have pts in the freezers but the norlan red potatorles are in good shape for planting um since december. Ate the yukons. All the squash are gone. Lots of garlic still but we eat that fast. We wont starve but i am looking forward to a little garden this year!!! I have lots of winter squash and melons and things thatvwill go into storage then again!
