The very last step does not show add inline
I just get a little yellow sign with an exclamation mark in it ??

exclamation marks mean one of two things. Either the upload is not done yet (even pictures take time to upload through cell phone network).
Or the file extension is not allowed. Can you tell me what file type you are trying to upload?

The exclamation mark comes when the upload interrupts for some reason. Most likely a timeout. This is sometimes fixed if you use your phone on home wifi rather than on the road. Or if you are using your phone in a town rather than in the country.
