Eating healthy, yikes!
I think it's sad, very sad, that I have to read cream and evaporated milk labels. The only things in there should be milk fat and water. Not carrageenan, and NOT locust bean gum. I'm OK with having to heat a spoon with a blowtorch to get my ice cream out of a tub...I'm NOT ok with it still looking like ice cream when it should be fully melted...it means I'm basically paying for air and jello. If I want my cream to be creamier, I'll buy a cream with more milk fat. Not one with other crap in it.

That sounds like something I would totally do Ross! I have good news for you, chocolate Easter eggs are healthy for you because they are a religious symbol so all is good. It's a know fact that they come from hens that were mated to the Easter bunny, in some countries it's the tradition to hatch chocolate Easter eggs instead of eating them, that's how we first got Silkies. I did not just make this up!

Someone mentioned mayo and the ingredient change, I believe in this thread. I'm too tired to go backwards anssee for myself haha.
When I need a minimal amount and plan to use in a day or two I make my own. Nothing tastes better, and expect a yellow mayo, but it's not always convenient to just whip up a batch and sometimes I just feel lazy.
This is a brand I use. It is fantastic!!! Thought I'd share.
