Wow, great pictures, thanks so much Kenya! I was confused by the sexlink until I read the explanation, I thought maybe there was a new production class, old-school fair style... I'm thrilled that a young kid loved her chickens and just dove in head first--and was lucky enough to meet Al!!

And, I REALLY have to stop looking at pictures of birchen Moderns. My willpower has its limits, and I think they're going to break me!! I just love them more every time I see them.

Remember Al, the judges don't have to give out a ribbon if the bird is not worthy so remind the kids yours clearly was!

I did well at the show yesterday I had champion duck and champion waterfowl on a grey call male champion goose and reserve champion waterfowl on a dewlap toulouse hen and reserve goose on another grey dewlap toulouse hen and best cochin on a black make and best japanase on a white hen

that is very true! also something that really made me feel good and I did tell the kids that she didnt have any disqualifications. :-) the bird that won yhe american class was a beautiful silverlaced wyandotte?... sorry I fell asleep in my chair last night n didnt get to the pics, I'll try to get them as soon as I can. I took pics of practically every bird there so I have a tonne!
