Groundhog? I thought the coyotes cleaned them out?
Well, we're supposed to get a good load of snow on Tuesday.

Bert..interesting you should say that..i was just remarking to MJ the other day that there seems to be a mass disappearance of groundhogs from the meadows...i miss the little buggers...really...and yeah, i know what they can do to an axle but hey, they gotta eat too...and obviously, so do the coyotes...and they seem to be winning... :running-chicken:

Well it was sunny here for part of the day, so I think our groundhogs likely saw their shadow here, does that count? Didn't see the sun for a month, the day Willie's due it comes out!

OK so is it just me that thinks 6 more weeks of winter gets us to mid-March which doesn't sound that bad? I guess in Europe where I think this tradition started it would be bad? Not sure on this one!

Killerbunny I'm pretty sure that we have at least 6 more weeks of winter after groundhog day every year! Regardless of what that rodent sees lol. I don't like winter but have to agree with you that if it comes to an abrupt stop on March 15th I will think that's ok.
