We had a friend of hubby'come take ours down and it was amazing to watch him. He used to do dangerous tree falls for a living. He roped them to different things and had a winch located to provide tension to land it exactly where he wanted it. He even took to twisty old tree down that was about 10 feet from the house. I can't imagine he would have been cheap to hire! We bartered with some stuff he wanted ;)

Thats all i burn here..dead ash..makes me nuts and ok at the same time..losing awesome mature ash trees to this stupid insect invasion is maddening but thn again, I've not cut a live tree in years....Kenya, too bad you are so far..I would gladly drop those trees and take it all away...
