Nice looking roosters. I ended up with 13 extras - EOs and Ameraucanas. A friend said he would butcher them for me, then a few weeks ago, backed out. I posted them on Kijiji and managed to sell two Ameraucanas. I have still got 11 boys who will be spending the winter. There are no processors here to take them to, and I can't do it myself for several reasons. I was thinking of wrapping them and giving them as Christmas presents.

Been wanting to attempt an exchequer naked neck project. With the black/blue naked necks I have now, i figure one of these mottled java roosters may give a good start.

Well shoot, I missed this idea until too late. Anyone else coming Brockville way from PEC? :-DOntario Chick wrote:Killerbunny wrote:Get JimW to bring you one back Jan. He's going for sunflower seeds. Just sayin'! BTW these are very nice birds.on both comments, always hard to process good birds.
Also Jay's Champion Hen could really use a mate, one little cockerel, neighbors would hardly notice?
