wait, there's 3 birds??! where's the other one? LOL

"not going to do this" from a poultry person really means "will do this sometime...just not sure quite when". (sorry)

alright. just called and talked with the surgeons office. next facet injections are BOOKED! whoohoo! next month-and that should get me through to surgery. and surgery is looking good for just before christmas so far. just waiting on the anaesthesiologist to confirm. everyone else is confirmed and the "case" has been reviewed by all the surgeons and confirmed. so. getting there.

looks like the rain is finally starting at home....hopefully this front moves through and gets this grossness OUT! even just drop the humidity 90% or so! and the temp 20C or so! saying a nice cool 16 for the night tonight. much better than the 26 last night. of all the timing for putting in ac, i'm sooooo glad we did it this spring.

Good Morning!

Morning y'all

So. A lot of rain fell in a very short period of time yesterday. The backyard was quickly flooded but was absorbed in quickly. My chickens hiding under trees and went to bed early, but my ducks in the pool splashing like its the best day lol.

Off to the fairgrounds later for my 'shift' in making sure poultry barn animals have water and shavings etc. Ooooo I'm excited! So many chickens and ducks to check out. I'll take many many pictures. Sunday when I'm in I'll take pics of the champions.

Hot and humid again today. I was hoping with the rain and wind it would be a bit cooler today. Sure doesn't feel like it.

Hope y'all have a great day. FRIDAY!!! Wooohoooo!!!
