Tis the season?

there is an EXTENSIVE list of christmas lights that have been recalled, all sold this year. http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-al ... 0r-eng.php Apparently they can cause fires and shorts and some people have gotten shocks from handling them once plugged in because the insulation is not adequate! This website has the list....and a link to another list that was posted previously. Just want everyone to be safe this year!!!!

I bet they had CSA approval stamps on them too.
And we thought that National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation was just a joke! Any RV's parked in front of anyone's houses?

I heard a few weeks back that the ones at Walmart had bogus CSA stickers on um . Wonder if these are same .

Same chinese manufacturer apparently, with fake csa stickers.

Well I had a few Scary experiences with Exploding Xmas lights
I could NOT figure out, what the heck was happening.
Every time I heard the glass breaking I nearly jumped out of my skin

Well I finally figured out that my mouse sometimes wandered into the Xmas lights of PTO!!!!!!
It is hilarious.....thanx for the Xmas laugh
