two boys in the top picture.....the easter egger at the top-see the brick red on the shoulders? dead giveaway that it's a boy. only boys can get brick red like that on the shoulder, in a girl it is genetically not possible. i think the brown/red in the front is also a boy, those tail feathers are curling...middle picture and bottom (other than the light sussex) is easter egger girl. again, only the girls can look like that with that pattern. She is at the MOST 1/4 marans-no feathered legs, and no ewh or ER genetic pattern, likely she is a mix, 3/4 ameraucana or second or third generation easter egger. If she's a green layer she is probably off a RIR x ameraucana (a production red) or a silkie x ameraucana (has to be silkie in there with that poof thing going on on her head!) something like that. if she's olive there will be marans in there somewhere but it will have to be a couple generations back based on her current feather colour/pattern.
for the munchkins (the littler birds) i see 4 boys and 6 girls. left of the waterer, the two with big combs and the one brownish right of the waterer closest to the feeder. The rest are girls. Your crowers will be the two with the big combs right now-pretty sure!

Thanks WLLady. Sounds like you know your birds! I just like to have my own eggs and it's just fun to have a variety of layers rather than all commercial laying hens (although those are more reliable layers). Yes I'm sure it's the 2 guys with big combs that are crowing. Do you have any idea what breeds they are? Think they'll be full size or banties?

What breeds?
The 2 look to be about 3 months old, you can expect them to start practicing their baby crows (which is a hilarious squeaky noise) anytime between now and 3 months from now, depending on the breeds in their mix.
Yes, your upstairs birds are bantams and won't get much bigger than they already are, but your young roosters in the first pic still have some growing left :)

I'm glad for all your feedback! But disappointed to find I have roos instead of hens, and little bantams instead of full size birds! Guess I'll keep them around for a few months but will have to get rid of all the unproductive ones before winter.
