Hot Hot and more Hot Weather

Lol used skin so soft when i was younger. Would keep off the mosquitos but would come in coated in drowned black flies lol. For some reason they would stick in the oil....blech. did smell nice and worked great on the noses of the dogs-when the bugs bite just below their eyes. Dont like putting deet that close to eyes and mouth. Alas havent seen it for ages. Feels cool today compared to the last 4 days of cleaning up wreckage!!

It sure is a lot cooler today. We had a downpour early this morning. The sun is just trying to break through the clouds. It is currently 22 feeling like 28. The high for today is suppose to be 25 feeling like 30. It is a nice relief. At least it is more tolerable. I function better at this cooler temperature. Hopefully I will get more things done today.

Today is much better. I didn't get enough done yesterday because of the heat. By the time I came in from the barn it was 10 pm. I put the chops I had out thawing for supper back in the fridge and we ate chips and dip for supper.

lol that's what I did one night. We had tacos and dip. It was too hot for me to even cook outside.
