Where are you located?
That will help us indicate where you can find some good birds for you.

I live in Odessa near Kingston. And I like the high flying rollers. Fan tails. Tipplers. Capuchins. German owls. Komorner tumblers.

I know the end of September there is the Quinte Auction which normally has good priced birds but you have to take care and know what you are looking for.
But Auctions are buyer beware, you sometime end up getting something that is not what you want or is sick.

The Kingston Poultry club is having their show this weekend at the Odessa Fairgrounds, Sunday June 26, 10-5. They have pigeons there, very nice show and right in your backyard!
The is an event notice about it in the PTO Events section.

You can talk to people and see if they have anything for sale and make some good contacts that way.
You can also learn what is making one pigeon "better" then the others by talking to people.
