I just had a thought (dangerous, that LOL)--check his wings for extra bones, and his body for extra lumps and bumps...my thought was that that huge droopy wing reminds me of the chick a lady hatched from eggs I sold her--had three wings and four feet, and one of the 'main' wings looked like that. If he's got a little extra hiding in that wing, it's not a genetic thing, it's basically caused by an injury at a certain period of incubation.

He is at the "baby vulture" stage with all things sticking out all over the place.
I must say, I understand that Blacks out of Blues are nothing to crow about, but seriously, all the Blues in all levels of expression are little beauties, the Blacks, not so much.
Since the Black hens are very good looking birds,
possibly they are all males of the Black Booby variety ?
