My chicks are 5 days old now. The wings are different on the boys and girls.

On the girls, the edge of the wing is more angled, like the gray chick.

The male chicks have a kind of square shaped wing with an even edge.

I really hope that's not the case, all my Blue chicks have straight edge wings and all the Blacks have pointy wings.

If you aren't, I have 11 Blue cockerels on my hands, and some very odd looking Black pullets.
If you do enough controlled trials, you will find that almost none of the preconceived ideas are actually correct, and I am banking on that.

These 2 boys are best buds and going to the auction together on Friday. They are always together and love the rafters.
