I love grapes, love raisins (especially in buttertarts or broccoli salad) but hate wine.

An easy one for a beautiful sunday....

A farmer has 6 pieces of chain with 5 links each. He needs to use a single chain with 30 links. He can go the nearest blacksmith and pay $25 to cut a link open and weld it shut again, or he can go to the hardware store and buy a new one for $140.
Which is cheaper?

LOL it depends on whether his brother- in- law owns the hardware store and he gets away without having to pay HST, and he does not know the blacksmith and does have to pay HST!
Then it's off to the hardware store for $1.25 cheaper!

It's a trick question! Most farmers Would be too broke to pay someone else either for new chain or to join the segments, and would either cut and weld their own links or hold them together with wire or carabiners LOL
