Good Morning!
Miserable day here south of Chatham. Snowing earlier, has turned to rain tho, so will have to put up with that. Darn broodie is now 3 days overdue, guess I might look for some chicks to graft on. Al said something about that.
Goat babies 3 wks old and doing just fine. Cuteness oozes out of them. Put them in the barn for the night. Goats hate rain. Little horse thinks the rain is fine, standing out there with her butt to the cold wet wind. Wife is upset because horse wont go in. Wife is upset because I wont go and make horse go in. I am pro choice. Everybody got problems, but around here, they are pretty small in the big scheme. Life is good.

Good Morning!
snowing with a vengeance now. I saw dinner plate sized flakes coming down. Took pictures, but of course, it doesn't look like its snowing on the camera. Lots of snow on the ground now. Just went out to fork some hay into the fat so's.... and let them into the "L", which they had to run like mad back and forth and
e things up of course. stupid things.
Watched a movie.... now having a hot bath, and calling it a night, with my book. Boring day. I never did clean. The h e double LLLL with that. No sense in cleaning this house, when I dirty it up with potting soil, and have a dog in and out with mud all over her paws, constantly. Barn boots... straw/shavings. Nope. Just can't do it.
Hes a farm accountant. lol.

Good Morning!
we had snow yesterday, only about 1/2 an inch lay on the grass, none stuck on the road....just wet, damp, cold wind.....what happened to APRIL????
Hubby cleaned out the barnyard this weekend, have 14 heifers to put the bull into next month there...happy, happy, heifers playing in fresh bedding.
Went to a sale on Saturday, bought 2 hovabators with turners for 40 bucks.... Have one running now to see if it works...the thermometer says 110 !!!
Going to get another thermometer tomorrow before trying to reset the heating element. If its still high....anyone know how to turn it down???
I have one of the used egg turners full of eggs ready to set......
Have to get the cattle trailer inside divider welded tomorrow....hub wants to go to a cattle sale for a new bull.....and he's no good at only getting one animal when the trailer has 3 compartments....so better make sure gates separating sections are solid.

Good Morning!
Good Morning All! Im off to my first day of work in a while. Should be interesting LOL. So I wont be on very much during the day anymore.
Looks like spring has come back, feels like it anyways. I checked the forcast and the next little while looks good, warmer temps and no snow.
Have a good one!!!
