I just tried the link at the top right of index page and also the link from the welcome page and had no problem, went right through. Hope an admin can help you!

Hmmmmm.... not quite sure. Only thing I can think is that because it brings up a new tab it either gets blocked or internet is too slow to actually show... But usually a reboot is the first thing I recommend for those ???? no clue ???? cases...
I guess another way to get there is to click on the "home" Link on the top left of this screen, and then on the PTO classifieds. See if that works for you.

I have posted an ad "Testing!" for $1Million. I am testing, to see if someone wants to buy nothing for 1Million..... LOL....
