Ok..I've got half a dozen girls with totally bald bums..like zippo.no feathers..nuthin...the skin is not broken on any but its a pink area...anything i should be concerned about?...its come on rather suddenly...ideas?..thanks in advance

Pardon my asking but are your girls a little "chubby". I know Jan and myself both had birds that were like this because of overindulgence.

KB..nope..if anything the girls are a lean bunch...but all of a sudden all of the feathers are gone...nice round area the size of a tennis ball

I don't know the reason, but the feathers will come back given a chance.
I would spray with Blu-Kote to cover the bare skin, it will take care of any topical problem if there is one and will show up on a beak of possible offenders.
