I think all barred birds have a dot on their head as chicks. Could be wrong. Good luck @KimChick

Update:
1 chick has hatched - black with a white dot on its head, so could be male. And I heard it chirping at 5 am., but it was chirping while still in the shell, too.
2 have pipped and 1 other has cracked the shell.
Fingers crossed for more to hatch.
This morning, I did have to add some water; the H was down to 50%, so I'll be watching that carefully.

@kenya I have the same incubator as KimChick
I have lowered my humidity to 50 as others have suggested.
I have 5 hatched so far
Humidity is up too 77 now. Do I open the lid to let some out?

Once they start hatching don't do anything, the humidity is from the chicks drying off, it will go down again.

I can see 12 more egg shells cracked and some of those have pipped.

Yes! But I say a pip is when I can see the tip of their beak through the hole in the shell. Is that not right (maybe I have to look up that term again)? And when I said cracked, I meant almost a pip. OK... going to look up those terms again.
This morning, they are almost fuzzy butts!
Right now, I have 12 or 13 hatched. They keep moving! This morning, I'm going to move the fuzziest butts into the brooder, as long as I don't see any other immediate hatching activity.
