Thank you for posting the results! Again I'm sorry you're going through this, but at least now you know for sure, and you know it's not something contagious. Good on you for seeing it through, and thank you for the learning experience for all of us.

I have a question though... the report lists the hen as 5.1 lbs, which is very light for a Wyandotte, which raised my eyebrows. I wouldn't expect a 5 lb Wyandotte to be "well-conditioned" at all, never mind full of fatty tissue... more like skinny and sickly...are they bantams? Sometimes I forget that bantam varieties of standard birds are a thing :roll: If she was a bantam, then she was definitely morbidly obese, more than double the weight she should have been :shock: If she was a standard, well, the whole thing is just weird.
BTW, I'm not judging you in any way at ALL: I have some girls who are maybe a little too "well-conditioned" for their own good as well. Or, as I call it, "extra fluffy" :roll:
