This weather SUCKS
I have one hen sick, probably pneumonia, currently in the house. One day its plus 10 next day -10 next day might be warm again, usually rainy. Please stop!

Sorry to hear about your sick hen - poor dear.
This weather is a perfect breeding ground for all kinds of nasties! Hope that being inside warm and dry will help her recover.
Yesterday at noon it reached the high of 0, then proceeded to plummet down to -22 last night and today the high will only reach -11. At least the wind has died down and the days are getting longer, although I have not noticed any difference yet: it is still dark when I leave for work and the same again in the evenings when I get home.

This is the problem warm one day cold the next. Even I'm frozen with the cold.

I really hope your hen gets better...is it one of your silkies?
Since I had lots of sick hen in the fall, I've been adding vitamins to their water a couple of times a week. I have my fingers crossed it will give them a boost. They are also getting hot oatmeal a couple of times a week...can you say spoiled :))
