Never had that happen, boy that would really confuse the issue, when you anxiously wait to see who is who.
Love the crow sounds in different languages, bet we could add a few more?

Hens crowing?
When I was a kid, we had one that crowed. Not since, though. A lady near me has a hen that not only crows, but has male sickle feathering, and mounts the other hens. It's often the result of an infection...if the egg-producing ovary gets damaged, the other one starts pumping out testosterone.

Haven't got one that crows but do have a Welsummer hen who has a nice set of spurs....
