Last year's harvest....What's left in your cellar?
Or freezer or cold storage?
This wknd will be the last of our carrots, parsnips and potatoes.
Very low on garlic, first year in couple of decades will have buy some before new harvest. ;(
Freezer still half full of chickens,
Not really impressed with the red potatoes, have been sprouting since October. Yukon Gold finished by Christmas no sprouting at all.
The apples are for chickens, from a reduced shelf at Farm Boy :) ours have been used up by November Looking at the rest of Cold storage it would appear that our emergency supply also include chicken feeders and waterers :)

DON'T BUY GARLIC!!!!!
I have loads still you can have some when you come round!
A few "fresh" potatoes left. Lots in the freezer too, peas, corn, beans, frozen potatoes. I REALLY hope DH doesn't increase the garden size again!

Onions taste really good this year so I ate them all, had to buy onions last month for the first time in years. I still have a lot of potatoes, I like the red ones but I find they start to sprout eyes and go soft at this time of year. Whites last longer and my purple potatoes are still good but they have a very poor yield. Still have a lot of carrots, beets are all gone. I also still have a lot of spaghetti squash and a pumpkin but I imagine the pumpkin is probably bad inside. Plenty of apples in the fridge but they are soft; however I can only bake with them so not a big problem if they are soft. I didn't butcher anybody last fall so no home grown chicken. OC your food cellar is too neat, I think you must be reading Martha Stewart books!

The only thing I have left over is one large bunch of catnip for the cats on the back shed! Hoping I can get a good garden going this year and do better!

Everything long gone, the apples went soft, so the chickens enjoyed their treats. Oh I think I do have some beets left.

We just have 5 spaghetti squash that we grew and some acorn squash that we bought in the pantry. Lots of frozen peppers, zucchini and kale in the freezer. We eat very well and we ate a lot of it! Were just plannng the gardens right now, we need to grow more of the long term storage type of stuff.
Come on spring!

In the freezer I still have beans, corn, strawberries, chicken, tomato sauce, zucchini, peppers, cabbage, broccoli, and cantaloupe chunks. The melons are chicken treats. In storage, I have a single pumpkin :D I also have a single jar each left of pickled beets, cauliflower, tomato relish and mustard pickles.
