Actually, I did it without stressing our server. If you use the most right button in the menu you place a link to a video. The video stays on the other location and is played from there. No bandwidth/traffic/memory/trouble on our server.
If you want to make use of this for posting your own chicken videos the process goes like this:

create a user account with Youtube (called channel) if you don't have one yet (they are free)
upload your video there
copy the link
Here you can either copy/paste the link or embed the movie in your post with the button on the right

You would get an error message if you are trying to upload a movie to this server they are just too big. So really, the above is the only way to post a homemade video here.

I am sure someone will try the button next to it "Soundcloud" as well. I have no idea how to get it to work.
