I'm up to my eyeballs in green and yellow beans and i've only picked 1/4 of the row! and i have summer squash and zucchini out there that could beat his up easily....i cut a few and gave them to the chickens. they were afraid....sigh.

They dont have one...the chickens finally discovered the zuchini. Now i have sharks stalking me! I grate the zucchinis and freeze for winter zucchini bread.

I grate zucchini and throw it in with salad greens. I have also grated zucchini and potato, added eggs, salt, pepper, parmesan, and what ever fresh herb I have on hand (rosemary is hubby's favourite with potatoes), made patties, and grilled or fried them. Nice change from plain potatoes.
