First big feed today of FRESH JUST PICKED at local 5min away Juicy Fruit Orchards . Wow what a feeling . Ummmmm . Far as I'm concerned only 3 seasons in Ont . ASPERAGUS, STRAWBERRIES & SWEET CORN . Luck hehaaa

We had our 3rd dinner with asparagus from the garden. Travel time 10 minutes (i move slow these days) and 25 yards. Steamed...yum....wrapped last dinners asp in proscuitto....omg amazing.

Mouth watering thinking about it. I love to just it it raw, fresh picked it's the best. I do however like to steam it until tender/crisp, mmmmmmmm!!

We have about an acre and a half of it and I hate it. Been picking and selling since Mother's Day weekend. We grow it in blue clay too, so you get to keep the enamel on your teeth!
