I'm a little late coming to this discussion but I either saw an act of trickery at one of the large food chains or some form of a farming miracle. I was buying tomatoes and I usually try to get grown in Canada tomatoes. I saw some grown in Ontario, as I was picking them I found it odd that they were so cheap for this time of year, I also noticed the company that grew the tomatoes also had tomatoes from Mexico in the same bin. All the tomatoes were identical in colour, size, shape etc. Odd to say they were from different countries. They were the "still on the vine" type and suddenly I saw the tomato miracle, on one vine some of the tomatoes had the grown in Canada sticker and some of the tomatoes on the same vine had grown in Mexico stickers on them. Wow, modern agriculture has really progressed to be able to grow tomatoes on the same vine in two different countries! Lol
