Oooh I also forgot, when I was watching the show about large chickens, the host went to a supermarket in France and asked about getting a large chicken. They showed the shelves of chickens and they were like the ones in our stores except..... they left the head and neck on with feathers and all! What is that all about? I have a rule about not eating any meat that can stare back at me!
