Thank you Sandy! Love the birchen games, wonder who owns the one with his headgear intact? Not a fan of that Australorp, but everything else makes me want to go poultry shopping lol!

Al, those Reds were gorgeous. The shimmering on their feathering can't be seen properly in the pictures. The hen was the sweetest girl and the roo offered me wood chips every time I filled him up with water and fed them.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a Shamo cockerel asked me out on a date. He was a DOLL! Ugly as sin, but oh boy he was a sweet heart. I tried to feed him but he would just give the pellets back to me and danced like it was the disco. By the end of the weekend his name was Handsome. Some old lady laughed when I went to his cage and said hey handsome, need some water? She said your hubby would be jealous you flirting with all the cocks in here. I'm pretty sure I went a thousand shades of red but laughed so hard and gave her a hug. Best part of my day! So old, she was using a cane and pretty sure she was at last 80 something.

Troys. I believe he was a juvenile. So my understanding is his 'head gear' as you call it has to be removed by November.

Side note: Leghorn roosters need an attitude adjustment. I told the one that insisted on pecking me every time and fluffing his cackles(?) feathers on neck (sssshhh don't laugh too hard) at me. that I had 3 letters for him. KFC!!!!

We do need to talk for sure. Debbie got her stick out and was showing me some tricks on posing. We tried a few of yours and they basically snubbed us hahaha so she tried hers too. And...they snubbed us as well. Too funny. So then we went and cuddled Nankins.

Anyhoooo I don't know where I would put them..so the logistics would have to be figured out.

Oh and I sort of took a liking to some puffy chested grouchy pigeons.
