Ok I'm going to say it, their mother was a tramp, according to the other chickens when the rooster wasn't looking, she was running off with a turkey, I am not saying these rumors are true but the kids look a little different!

I think they have more feathers than mine, maybe mine is just a little younger, she has some bare patches around her back end yet and her poof is all pin feathers at the moment.

I saw a pic of your STRIPPER ~ such a Pretty girl!
( but aren't they ALL - LOL )
They are fascinating to watch. They don't really look like a chicken.
Those big Silkie eyes are wonderful.
