If it isn't too much trouble for the moderators and Admins, I like the forum. People wander in and out. When they are busy they don't post and that's ok. It's intérêsting to read about what people are up to. Also, sometimes we talk about poultry which is an interesting subject for all. 😅🤣😂

FYI I asked my nephew and he said he did a little research and it looks like there is not an easy way to move the forum to Facebook or Reddit.

@lolotsung you seem to enjoy Chinese and ethnic food. Do you have a really good recipe for a crispy duck?

@Killerbunny I'm a below average cook. I make "Walk Away Stew" I literally put potatoes, carrots, and beef stew in a pot and Walk Away. I'd ask my mom who is a great cook but she goes by eye and taste and never measures. I will ask my Chinese friends though. They must have a recipe. The crispy chicken is deep fried. So maybe not the most healthy. The Péking duck is quite a bit of work I think it takes 24 hours. I enjoy all food. I've never eaten something I didn't like.

Lolotsung, Walk away stew sounds like fun. Do you have an Instant Pot? It practically makes the stew for you :).
