Helped my nephew pull down an old coop at the back of his lot and found two of these. They stand about 5'8" tall. Very heavy, only the casters are rusty.
My question is what are they worth?

Hi everyone, not been around for some time.
Helped my nephew pull down an old coop at the back of his lot and found two of these. They stand about 5'8" tall. Very heavy, only the casters are rusty.
My question is what are they worth?

Nice, chinchilla cages I think. Everyone was going to get rich breeding them years ago. Can the sections be separated? As is maybe $300 each.

So I guess they would work for rabbits. No, they don't separate, one unit.

I'm sorry, I'm not so sure they would be all that good for quail: I think that it would be a pain to manage the lower cages, but that's just me and my cranky back. Sure, you could cram a lot of quail in there, but there will be behavior issues, injuries, and even fatalities if you overcrowd. They need at least one square foot per bird, and ideally a place to dust bathe and a place to get away.
